Measure. Dispense. Seal. A measuring-scoop concept exploring how one moulded component could measure product, close a flexible packet and keep the scoop visible between uses.

Design intent

Bring measuring, dispensing and storage into one simple object. SCOOPSEAL explores an ergonomic scoop handle with an integrated flexible channel that slides over the folded edge of a packet.

Further development

Scoop volume, packet compatibility, grip force, film protection, cleaning, food-contact material selection, durability and injection-moulding performance require prototyping and testing. Manufacturing and performance claims shown in the concept artwork remain unverified.
